Sat - May 18, '18 inspection, get up a blank ticket to Portland get to Portland quite late, run and catch the Dundee train get to Dundee at 5:30 walk up the hill, help dry the last of the dishes, eat supper Berniece played until quite late go to bed about 11 o'clock Sun - May 19, '18 get up about 8 o'clock eat breakfast. Mr. Bennett, Ida, her little boy, and two other girls and boys came from Ballston, B_. played and we all sang had dinner... |
and then we gave all the boys an aeroplane ride, had a lot of fun. then we went up to the log cabin on the hill and had some pictures taken. came back had supper and all of us got into the machine and went to Dayton where I took the train. I think we all enjoyed ourselves. got to Portland and went out home, sis and mother went to the train with me. got on and went to sleep. |
